Yes. Chartnote is compliant with HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GDPR requirements. We use end-to-end encryption and strict access controls to safeguard patient data.
Chartnote does not train AI models on your patient data without explicit consent.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Strict access controls limit who can access customer data.
Chartnote undergoes an independent SOC 2 Type II examination.

You retain control of your data. Chartnote enters into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with covered entities when providing services.
All AI models used by Chartnote are HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GDPR compliant and do not retain customer data. Protected health information (PHI) is never used to train AI models.
